# vigotime

> vigotime is a rule-based, automatic duty-rostering and time-tracking platform for shift operations (care homes, hospitals, labs, hospitality, retail, production). Scheduling is computed by a deterministic mathematical solver — not by AI guessing — combined with a points-based fairness system for employee shift wishes. Made by peppergrid UG, Dresden, Germany.

All pages are available in three languages under the same paths: German /de/… (primary), English /en/…, French /fr/…. German links below; swap the locale segment for English or French.
