The vigotime Mobile App gives employees access to schedules, the wish system, vacation requests, and time tracking.
System RequirementsLogin is done using the credentials provided by your employer (email, Google account, PIN, or QR code). If you have trouble logging in, please contact your HR department.
The web application is designed for administrators and scheduling managers and provides the full feature set of vigotime.
Supported BrowsersUse the "Forgot Password" function on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link.
Delete AccountTo delete your account, please contact your administrator or reach out to us directly at . We will delete your data in accordance with GDPR within 30 days.

Make sure you are using the correct credentials (email, PIN, or QR code). If you don't know your credentials, please contact your HR department. Also check that you have a stable internet connection.
This can happen if your administrator has not yet published a schedule for the current period. Contact your scheduling manager. If the schedule has been published, try refreshing the app (pull down to refresh).
Check your device settings to make sure notifications are allowed for vigotime. On iOS: Settings → Notifications → vigotime. On Android: Settings → Apps → vigotime → Notifications.
Open the "Vacation" section in the app and tap "New Request". Select the desired period and confirm the request. Your supervisor will be notified automatically.
Send an email to with a description of the problem, screenshots (if possible), your device model, and the app version. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
