vigotime combines rule-based, automated planning with a unique point system for employee preferences. Unlike traditional solutions, our system automatically considers legal requirements, individual wishes, and fair distribution - all in a modern, intuitive interface.
Employees can submit time-off wishes for specific days via the mobile app. Each wish costs points. Points are reset and fairly distributed after each planning period. The system automatically prioritizes by point balance, so employees with more unused points are preferred. This creates a fair distribution over time.
Yes. All data is stored in European data centers (Google Cloud, Belgium region). We work with data processing agreements, encrypted data transmission, and strict tenant separation. Details can be found in our privacy policy.
